Assam Valley Literary Award

In 1990, the Williamson Magor Education Trust established the Assam Valley Literary Award to recognise and honour creative writers who have made outstanding contributions to Assamese literature.
The award is given once a year and it awards people in Assam. The Williamson Magor Group, a tea company, established the award.
The Assam Valley Literary Award has been awarded on a yearly basis since 1990. Here’s a list of the winners:
