Camellia Institute of Technology & Management, commonly known as CITM, is a technical base college located in Boinchi in the Indian state of West Bengal. In 1990, Mr. Nil Ratan Datta, started to form the Camellia Group. Following that CITM was established in 2009, focusing on engineering and technical education.
