College of Engineering and Management Punnapra, Alappuzha was started in 2008 under the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education, an autonomous society under Government of Kerala, formed to establish educational institutions in various professional fields. The College is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Admissions to B. Tech. Programs are through KEAM conducted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala.
