Late Chaman Arora Honored with Sahitya Akademi Award 2024 for Dogri Literature
The government has announced that the Sahitya Akademi Award 2024 in Dogri will be awarded posthumously to the late Chaman Arora for his book Ik Hor Ashwthama. This collection of short stories was chosen unanimously by a three-member jury as part of the official selection process. The award will be given to a family member or nominee during a special ceremony in New Delhi on March 8, 2025.
