NITI Aayog releases report on Digital Bank
The Niti Aayog has released its report on digital banks, offering a template and roadmap for licencing and regulatory regimes.

Report recommendations:
- Issuing a restricted digital bank licence.
- Inclusion (of the licensee) in a regulatory sandbox framework enacted by RBI
- Issuance of a “full-scale” digital bank licence
