Puma India ropes in Anushka Sharma as brand ambassador

Puma India: Anushka Sharma, a Bollywood actor and entrepreneur, has been chosen by Puma, a manufacturer and designer of casual and athletic footwear, to serve as its brand ambassador. The association is intended to “accelerate Puma’s strong commitment towards women consumer segment”. The actor will endorse the brand’s footwear, apparel and accessories, including select collections through myriad activities and brand campaigns, throughout the year.

Anushka criticised the company on social media for utilising her images only after signing her on as a brand ambassador. Kareena Kapoor Khan, MC Mary Kom, Yuvraj Singh, Sunil Chhetri, and most recently Harrdy Sandhu are some of the brand’s other Indian ambassadors.
