Carlos R. Polo, who travelled from Delhi to Mumbai for this special occasion, bringing the decoration issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Peru, H.E. C\u00e9sar Landa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ardeshir B.K. Dubash is a former Honorary Consul of Peru in Mumbai and was designated as Honorary Consul of Peru in 1973. He had a career as Honorary Consul and was seen 14 Presidents of Peru and 15 Ambassadors of Peru to India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Merit in the Diplomatic Service of Peru Jose Gregorio Paz Soldan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Order of Merit was instituted in 2004 and was named after&nbsp;<strong>Jose Gregorio Paz Soldan<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Jose Gregorio Paz Soldan was a distinguished Peruvian official and established the Peruvian diplomatic service.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peru Government honoured Ardeshir B K Dubash with a highest diplomatic award&nbsp;\u2013 The Order of \u201cMerit in the Diplomatic Service of Peru Jos\u00e9 Gregorio Paz Sold\u00e1n\u201d is the highest distinction conferred by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru.
