Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched multiple digital portals at the ongoing Digital India Week 2022 including a single sign-in portal Meri Pehchaan, a website IndiaStack.Global, MyScheme on Monday. The theme of this Digital India Week is \u2018Catalyzing New India\u2019s Techade\u2019 to transform the nation into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Digital India Week 2022 will also have a three-day long orientation program \u2018India Stack Knowledge Exchange- Showcasing India Stack and India\u2019s Digital Products and Service\u2019 from 7th July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n PM Modi will launch \u2018Digital India Bhashini\u2019 that will enable Indians an easy access to the internet and digital services in vernacular languages, along with \u2018Digital India GENESIS\u2019 (Gen-next Support for Innovative Startups), a national deep-tech startup platform. For both schemes, the total budget of \u20b9750 crore has been envisaged, the Prime Minister\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Prime Minister has also dedicated \u2018MyScheme\u2019, which will provide access to government schemes at a single place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n About The Digital India Week 2022 programme:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Digital India Week 2022 programme will demonstrate the digital platforms like Aadhaar, UPI, Cowin and Digilocker among others which have provided ease of life to the citizens. Startups, government leaders and industry and academia experts will participate in this programme. An exhibition with more than 200 stalls has been set up at Mahatma Mandir by Indian unicorns and startups.
