Gulden will replace\u00a0<strong>Kasper Rorsted,<\/strong>\u00a0Adidas\u2019 CEO since 2016, whose departure was announced in August. Puma, which like Adidas is based in the southern German town of Herzogenaurach, said its chief commercial officer,\u00a0<strong>Arne Freundt,<\/strong>\u00a0will replace Gulden as its CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gkseries.com\/blog\/category\/daily-quiz\/daily-quiz-november-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">November 2022 Current Affairs Quiz<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Financial Officer Harm Ohlmeyer will head Adidas until the end of the year. He takes the helm temporarily after the company ended a partnership with Ye late last month amid mounting outcry over the rapper\u2019s offensive and antisemitic remarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the Bjorn Gulden:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gulden, a 57-year-old Norwegian who was once a professional soccer and handball player, has been Puma\u2019s CEO since 2013. He has worked at Adidas before and was its senior vice president of apparel and accessories from 1992 to 1999.
