Retired BPCL chairman Arun Kumar Singh to be next chief of ONGC: BPCL<\/strong>‘s former chairman Arun Kumar Singh is likely to be the new chairman of India’s top oil and gas producer\u00a0Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC)\u00a0according to PTI sources.
