He will flag off two metro trains \u2013 from Khapri to Automotive Square (Orange Line) and from Prajapati Nagar to Lokmanya Nagar (Aqua line) \u2013 at&nbsp;<strong>Khapri Metro Station.<\/strong>&nbsp;Over Rs 8650 crore was spent on developing Nagpur Metro Phase I. Additionally, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation for Nagpur Metro Phase-II, which would cost more than Rs 6700 crore to build.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prime Minister\u2019s commitment to strengthen health infrastructure across the country will be strengthened through the&nbsp;<strong>dedication of AIIMS Nagpur<\/strong>&nbsp;to the nation. The Hospital, whose foundational stone was also laid by the Prime Minister in July 2017, has been established under the Central sector scheme&nbsp;<strong>Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022 The nation received a dedication from the prime minister for the Government Maintenance Depot, Ajni (Nagpur), and Kohli-Narkher Section of the Nagpur-Itarsi Third Line Project. These projects each cost anywhere between Rs 110 crore and Rs 450 crore to develop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The laying of the foundation stone for the&nbsp;<strong>National&nbsp;Institute of One Health (NIO), Nagpur<\/strong>&nbsp;by the Prime Minister is a step towards building capacity and infrastructure in the country under the \u2018One Health\u2019 approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>One Of The Longest Expressway:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of India&#8217;s longest expressways, the 701 Km route travels through Amravati, Aurangabad, and Nashik as well as 10 districts in Maharashtra at a cost of nearly Rs 55,000 crore. The expressway will also help improve the connectivity of adjoining 14 other districts, thus helping in the development of about 24 districts of the state including the regions of Vidarbha, Marathwada and North Maharashtra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Significance Of This:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espousing the Prime Minister\u2019s vision of integrated planning and coordinated implementation of infrastructure connectivity projects under&nbsp;<strong>PM Gati Shakti, the Samruddhi Mahamarg<\/strong>&nbsp;will connect to the&nbsp;<strong>Delhi Mumbai Expressway, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust<\/strong>&nbsp;and tourist locations like Ajanta Ellora Caves, Shirdi, Verul, Lonar, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samruddhi Mahamarg will be a game-changer in providing a major boost to the economic development of&nbsp;Maharashtra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of the project for pollution abatement of\u00a0<strong>river Nag<\/strong>\u00a0at Nagpur. The project, which is a part of the National River Conservation Plan (NRCP), will cost more than Rs 1925 crore to implement.
