This significant event is scheduled to coincide with the birth anniversary celebration of the revered tribal freedom fighter,&nbsp;<strong>Birsa Munda<\/strong>, observed as<strong>&nbsp;Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas<\/strong>&nbsp;for the past three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Historic Visit to Ulihatu Village<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The launch ceremony is strategically planned to take place in<strong>&nbsp;Jharkhand\u2019s Khunti district<\/strong>, specifically after a visit to&nbsp;<strong>Ulihatu village<\/strong>, the birthplace of Birsa Munda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This visit will mark a historic moment as Prime Minister Modi becomes the<strong>&nbsp;first sitting Prime Minister to visit this village.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last year, on Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas,<strong>&nbsp;President Droupadi Murmu<\/strong>&nbsp;made history by being the first President to visit Ulihatu village.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PM-PVTG Mission and Development Initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The PM-PVTG Development Mission&nbsp;<strong>aims to address the critical needs of the 75 PVTG communities<\/strong>&nbsp;residing in over 22,000 remote villages across 18 States and Union Territories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The focus areas include power, water, road connectivity, housing, education, and healthcare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This comprehensive approach aligns with the government\u2019s commitment to uplifting marginalized communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Simultaneously, Prime Minister Modi is expected to launch the \u201c<strong>Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra<\/strong>\u201d from Khunti, with the ambitious goal of&nbsp;<strong>achieving saturation of flagship government schemes<\/strong>&nbsp;across the country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This Yatra will commence from tribal-dominated districts,<strong>&nbsp;aiming to cover all districts by January 2024.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The initiative reflects the government\u2019s dedication to extending the benefits of its schemes to the remotest corners of the nation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Multi-Sectoral Development Projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>During his visit to Jharkhand, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for projects&nbsp;<strong>worth \u20b97,200 crore<\/strong>&nbsp;in crucial sectors such as rail, road, education, coal, petroleum, and natural gas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additionally, he will release the&nbsp;<strong>15th installment of the PM-KISAN scheme<\/strong>, further contributing to the agricultural well-being of the nation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementation Strategy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To ensure the success of the PM-PVTG Development Mission, government officials from the&nbsp;<strong>Ministry of Tribal Affairs<\/strong>&nbsp;have been actively visiting PVTG villages across the country over the past six months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their observations will inform the immediate needs of these communities, facilitating a targeted and prioritized implementation of the scheme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Saturation of Key Schemes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concerted efforts will be made in PVTG villages to achieve the saturation of vital schemes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These schemes include&nbsp;<strong>PM-Jan Arogya Yojana<\/strong>, Sickle-Cell Elimination Campaign, TB Elimination Campaign, 100% immunization, PM Surakshit Matritva Yojana, PM Matru Vandana Yojana, PM Poshan,&nbsp;<strong>PM Jan Dhan Yojana<\/strong>, among others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This approach aims to comprehensively address the diverse needs of the PVTG population.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial Commitment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>While initially budgeted at \u20b915,000 crore over three years, the government has now allocated&nbsp;<strong>\u20b924,000 crore<\/strong>&nbsp;for the PM-PVTG Development Mission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This financial commitment underscores the government\u2019s determination to bring about substantial positive change in the lives of PVTG communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Concerns and Responses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Despite the government\u2019s push for the PM-PVTG mission, a House Panel on the welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes&nbsp;<strong>expressed concerns about the budgeting<\/strong>, noting the lack of current data on the total population of PVTGs in the country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The government\u2019s responsive approach ensures that concerns are duly addressed for the successful implementation of
