These awards are a testament to the commendable contributions made by corporate entities, Sports Control Boards, NGOs, and sports bodies at the State and National levels towards the promotion and development of sports in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Award Ceremony Details<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The distinguished awardees will be honored by the&nbsp;<strong>President of India<\/strong>&nbsp;in a grand ceremony scheduled to take place at&nbsp;<strong>Rashtrapati Bhavan on 9th January 2024.<\/strong>&nbsp;This special occasion will witness the recognition of entities that have played a visible role in fostering sports across various domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selection Process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application process for the \u2018Rashtriya Khel Protsahan Puruskar\u2019 involved online submissions. Sportspersons, coaches, and entities were given the opportunity to&nbsp;<strong>self-apply through a dedicated Online Portal.<\/strong>&nbsp;The extensive response to the call for applications in 2023 reflects the widespread enthusiasm and engagement in the field of sports promotion and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inclusive Selection Committee for Rashtriya Khel Protsahan Puruskar 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selection committee, chaired by&nbsp;<strong>Smt.
