About Puja Tomar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Puja Tomar<\/strong> (born 25 November 1995) in Budhana village of Uttar Pradesh\u2019s Muzaffarnagar. <\/strong>Tomar is a five-time national wushu champion and also has a background in karate and taekwondo. She is an Indian professional mixed martial artist<\/strong> who currently competes in the Strawweight division of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Tomar became the\u00a0Third person from India and first woman<\/strong>, to get a UFC contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The two others were\u00a0Anshul Jubli<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Bharat Kandare<\/strong>\u00a0have represented India on the world stage in the\u00a0UFC, as has Canada-based Arjan Singh Bhullar.
