This BIT assures protection for investors from both countries, providing a minimum standard of treatment and non-discrimination while facilitating dispute resolution through arbitration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Protection from Expropriation<\/strong>: Investments are safeguarded against expropriation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transparency and Compensation<\/strong>: The treaty promotes transparency in investment operations and outlines compensation protocols for losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Balanced Regulatory Rights<\/strong>: While protecting investments, the treaty maintains a balance with the state\u2019s right to regulate, allowing adequate policy space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The Department of Science and technology (DST) in India with the collaboration with the British Council launches the initiative of \u201cA Women in Space Leadership\u201d (WiSLP) as a part of the UK-India Education and Research Initiative (UKIERI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
