The initiative is spearheaded by the Department of Pension &amp; Pensioners\u2019 Welfare (DoPPW), under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions, Government of India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Significance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Institutional Memory :<\/strong>\u00a0The initiative aims to create a repository of experiences and insights that can serve as valuable lessons for future governance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Encouragement for Retired Employees :\u00a0<\/strong>By recognizing outstanding contributions, the scheme motivates retired employees to reflect on their service and share their knowledge, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within the government.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Features of the 2025 Scheme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For the first time,<\/strong>\u00a0the scheme allows employees from Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs), including Public Sector Banks, to submit their write-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This expansion aims\u00a0<strong>to enrich the Anubhav Portal with diverse experiences and best practices from the vibrant Public Sector.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The time limit for pensioners to submit their write-ups has been extended from one year to three years post-retirement, providing more flexibility for participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Award Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Each Anubhav Awardee will receive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash prize of Rs. 10,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jury Certificate Winners will receive:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel allowance (TA) and accommodation will be provided for the awardee and one accompanying person attending the award ceremony in New Delhi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National Anubhav Awards Scheme recognizes the contributions of retiring and retired government employees by encouraging them to share their valuable experiences and insights.
