It was introduced by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MoCCAE) in partnership with the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security (ICP). The Blue Visa adds to the UAE\u2019s existing long-term residency options, such as the Golden Visa and Green Visa, and highlights the country\u2019s commitment to sustainability and climate
