The official MoU is expected soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Highlights &amp; Background<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Project Cheetah is India\u2019s initiative to reintroduce the extinct Asiatic cheetah species in Indian wildlife habitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Originally launched in 2022, the first group of cheetahs was translocated from Namibia and South Africa to Kuno National Park.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Wildlife Institute of India (WII) and National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) are the key implementing agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cheetah Corridor Development<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Total Area:<\/strong>\u00a017,000 sq km<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Madhya
