The agreements were signed in the presence of&nbsp;<strong>Housing and Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mahapatra<\/strong>, marking a new chapter in Odisha\u2019s urban journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With&nbsp;<strong>Odisha\u2019s urban population projected to triple by 2036<\/strong>, the state faces both&nbsp;<strong>significant challenges<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>immense opportunities<\/strong>.
