At the hands of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) and the Punjab Horticulture Department, this development acts as a testament to the Indian government\u2019s efforts in enhancing the fresh fruits market globally. This shipment of rose-scented litchi also represents the selling of a second half-tonne consignment to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and promises to open new opportunities for Indian litchi in the Gulf region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>India\u2019s maiden export of rose-scented litchi is crucial at this time as it highlights India\u2019s emerging strengths in premium horticulture exports, particularly with a projected 5.67% growth in fruit\/vegetable exports in FY 2024\u201325.
