Additionally, current or past beneficiaries of the\u00a0<em>Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Moina<\/em>\u00a0scheme are excluded.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application &amp; Implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implementation Agency:\u00a0The Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application Portal:\u00a0Applications are processed online through the\u00a0Digital Infrastructure for DBT Schemes (DIDS) Portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verification:\u00a0Following online submission, applications undergo institutional verification by the concerned university before final departmental approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disbursement:\u00a0Payments are made via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the
