NASA’s $8.8-billionJames Webb Space Telescope,<\/strong> the world’s largest and most expensive one, has successfully\npassed final\nthermal vacuum test<\/strong>, making its parts cleared for use in\nspace. 
\nThe 6.5-meter diameter telescope has 18 gold-coated mirrors<\/strong> and\na tennis court-sized sun-shield to gather light and protect its instruments.\nThe telescope set to launch\nin 2021.<\/strong> It took 20 years<\/strong> to build.
