Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Ohio,\nUSA, ITI has offices in the UK, Italy, Israel and Germany.<br>\nITI is privately held and has 130 employees as\nof March 2019.<br>\nIts revenue stood at $ 23.2 million in FY&#8217;18\n(year ending June 30).<br>\nThe acquisition complements Wipro&#8217;s core\nstrengths in Industry 4.0 and will allow Wipro to offer end-to-end solutions in\nDigital Engineering and Manufacturing<br>\nITI\u2019s offerings and solutions will be\nconsolidated as a part of Wipro\u2019s industrial and engineering services business\nand will function as a wholly-owned US subsidiary of the company.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IT major&nbsp;Wipro&nbsp;it will acquire US-based International TechneGroup Incorporated for $45 million (around \u20b9312 crore).
