The program includes public\nadministration, e-governance, service, public policy governance, information\ntechnology, best practices in fisheries across coastal areas, agro-based\npractices, self-help group initiatives, urban development and planning, ethics\nin administration and challenges in the implementation of SDGs. Maldives\nnominates suitable civil servants in the senior\/ executive\/ middle management\nlevels as per agreed timelines.<br>\nMaldives planning to develop training programs\nand materials, &nbsp;assist in organizing the exchange of experts as needed by\nthe Civil Services Commission.<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<strong>About NCGG<\/strong><br>\nThey trained 28 Maldives Civil Servants in April\n2019 and encouraged the two countries to take the collaboration forward. NCGG\nsuccessfully conducted training programs for civil servants of Bangladesh,\nMyanmar, the Gambia and Maldives. Director and Secretary general of NCGG is\nShri E .V Eapen&nbsp;<br>\n<br>\n<strong>NCGG<\/strong><br>\nIt is an autonomous institute under the aegis of\nthe Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of\nIndia.&nbsp;<br>\nIt&#8217;s head office is in New Delhi and registered\noffice at Mussoorie.<br>\nThey planned to carry out policy-relevant\nresearch and prepare case studies;
