Haryana and Maharashtra<\/strong> participated in the  third day of the 3rd Youth men’s and\nwomen’s national boxing championship in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand 
\nFour boxers from Maharashtra entered the\nquarterfinals 
\nAnkit Narwal-led Haryana boxers reached the\nlast-eight stage. 
\nNarwal, the 2018 Youth Asian Championship bronze\nwinner in men’s 60kg category 
\nHaryana’s Akshay Kumar won the game in the same\nway.
\nIn the women’s category, Haryana’s Bharti and\nPoonam and  Bharti registered a hard-fought 3-2 win over Ekta Saroj of\nPunjab in which went down to the wire, while Poonam got the better of Assamese\nboxer Kimpa Boro. 
\nWomen’s boxing between Manipur’s Babyrojisana\nChanu and Kerala’s Aishwarya Raj PT 51kg category.

About\nWomen’s national boxing championship<\/strong>
\nAIBA Women’s World Boxing Championships was held\nat KD Jadav Indoor Stadium at New Delhi, India 
\nThe event took place between 15 and 24 November\n2018.
\nIn the finals Mary Kom of India beat Ukrainian\nboxer Hana Okhota to win the gold,
