Smt. Renuka Singh Saruta, Minister of State for Tribal Affairs<br>\nThese e-governance initiatives serve their\npurpose of the betterment of tribal communities across the nation.<br>\nMinistry of Tribal Affairs officials to prepare\na Databank of the previous beneficiaries of the schemes of the ministry on a\npriority basis.<br>\nHe emphasized that the officials of the ministry\nhave to achieve the target of completion of its tasks before time.Smt. Renuka\nSingh, Minister of State for Tribal Affairs made great initiatives for the\nScheduled Tribes welfare schemes will be proved as a milestone.<br><br><strong>About\nthe Portal<\/strong><br>\nThey developed online portals namely DBT Tribal\n(https:\/\/dbttribal.gov.in\/) and NGO Grants Online Application &amp; Tracking\nSystem (https:\/\/ngograntsmota.gov.in\/) to track bringing in greater\ne-Governance in implementation of welfare schemes for STs. There are 3 main\nmodules for Pre-Matric &amp; Post-Matric Scholarship. Data Sharing module is\nmainly meant for sharing beneficiary-data by States.<br>\nThe States have the facility to upload\ndocuments, raise query and DBT data uploaded by States is used for faster\nrelease of funds.&nbsp;<br>\nMonitoring module has the facility of MIS\nreports &amp; Dashboards.<br>\nThey developed a module for verification of\nstudents by Universities and Colleges under Fellowship scheme and Grievance\nModule for all stakeholders including beneficiary students in 03 Central Sector\nschemes and Institutions.<br>\nThe NGO portal, developed for implementing the\nscheme of Aid to Voluntary Organizations working for the welfare of STs, has\nbeen fully revamped &amp; redesigned with simplified Application form,\nInspection Report, and Fund Processing module.&nbsp;<br>\nThe portal re-opened for FY 2019-20 for NGOs and\nStates for online application.<br><br><br><strong>About\nthe Ministry of Tribal Affairs<\/strong><br>\nIt is a branch of Government of India, looks\nafter the affairs of the tribal communities in India.&nbsp;<br>\nOfficeholder: Jasvantsinh Sumanbhai Bhabhor (Minister\nof State)<br>\nFounded: 1999<br>\nHeadquarters: New Delhi\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shri Arjun Munda Tribal Affairs launched the \u201ce-governance initiatives for ST Welfare schemes\u201d&nbsp; It is organized by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
