National Civil Aviation Policy, 2016 allows the Government of India to enter into an \u2018Open sky\u2019 Air Service Agreement (ASA) on a reciprocal basis with SAARC countries and countries with territory located entirely beyond a 5000 km radius from New Delhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
