He has an&nbsp;<strong>86%<\/strong>&nbsp;average\nattendance in the House.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Nominated\nby:<\/strong><br>\nMr.Birla was nominated by<strong>&nbsp;Prime Minister Narendra Modi<\/strong>,\ndefence minister Rajnath Singh, home minister Amit Shah and minister for\ntransport and highways and shipping Nitin Gadkari.
