\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAccording to the Randstad Employer Brand Research\n(REBR) 2019<\/strong> reported that Amazon India<\/strong>, the\nE-commerce giant, is the most\nattractive employer brand <\/strong>in the country.  Amazon\nscored high on financial\nhealth, utilisation of latest technologies and a strong reputation.<\/strong>
The top\n10 most-attractive employer brands in India for 2019 are:<\/strong>
\n1st-Amazon India
\n2nd-Microsoft India
\n3rd-Sony India
\n4th-Mercedes-Benz
\n5th-IBM
\n6th-Larsen & Toubro
\n7th-Nestle
\n8th-Infosys 
\n9th-Samsung
\n10th-Dell

Findings\nof the report:<\/strong>
\nREBR covered 75% of the global economy<\/strong> with 32 participating countries <\/strong>and\nmore than 2,00,000\nrespondents <\/strong>worldwide. 
\nThe research found that the top driver<\/strong> for\nthe Indian workforce while\nchoosing an employer are:<\/strong>
\n\u2666 salary
\n\u2666 employee benefits
\n\u2666 work-life balance
\n\u2666 job security
\nIt also said that 55% of Indians<\/strong> prefer to work\nfor a large multi-national\ncorporation<\/strong>, only 9%\npreferred start-ups.<\/strong>
