Amazon\nscored high on&nbsp;<strong>financial\nhealth, utilisation of latest technologies and a strong reputation.<\/strong><br><strong>The top\n10 most-attractive employer brands in India for 2019 are:<\/strong><br>\n1st-Amazon India<br>\n2nd-Microsoft India<br>\n3rd-Sony India<br>\n4th-Mercedes-Benz<br>\n5th-IBM<br>\n6th-Larsen &amp; Toubro<br>\n7th-Nestle<br>\n8th-Infosys&nbsp;<br>\n9th-Samsung<br>\n10th-Dell<br><br><strong>Findings\nof the report:<\/strong><br>\nREBR covered&nbsp;<strong>75% of the global economy<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>32 participating countries&nbsp;<\/strong>and\nmore than&nbsp;<strong>2,00,000\nrespondents&nbsp;<\/strong>worldwide.&nbsp;<br>\nThe research found that the&nbsp;<strong>top driver<\/strong>&nbsp;for\nthe Indian workforce&nbsp;<strong>while\nchoosing an employer are:<\/strong><br>\n\u2666 salary<br>\n\u2666 employee benefits<br>\n\u2666 work-life balance<br>\n\u2666 job security<br>\nIt also said that<strong>&nbsp;55% of Indians<\/strong>&nbsp;prefer to work\nfor a large<strong>&nbsp;multi-national\ncorporation<\/strong>, only<strong>&nbsp;9%\npreferred start-ups.<\/strong><br>\nThe preference for MNCs can be strongly\nattributed to&nbsp;<strong>job\nsecurity, financial health and career progression opportunities<\/strong>&nbsp;that\nthese organisations are able to offer their employees.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to the&nbsp;Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2019&nbsp;reported that&nbsp;Amazon India, the E-commerce giant, is the&nbsp;most attractive employer brand&nbsp;in the country.&nbsp;
