\nThe states which have maximum number of Leadership in Energy and Environmental\nDesign (LEED) certified green buildings are listed below.
\nMaharashtra bagged the top slot with 334 LEED-certified green buildings
\nIt is followed by Karnataka and Tamil Nadu with the rankings 232 and 157\nbuildings respectively.
\nLEED is a widely used green building rating system in order to rank states in\nterms of cumulative Gross Square Feet (GSF) of certified space.
\nThey were ranked on December 31, 2018.
