As per Article 316, the Chairman and other members of UPSC shall be appointed by the President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A member of a UPSC shall hold office for a term of six years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
