Prior to this, he served as an Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has worked as Chairman of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and as DG in the National Skill Development Authority (NSDA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Department of Chemicals and PetroChemicals was established by GoI in 1991.
