{"id":31113,"date":"2020-06-06T08:33:36","date_gmt":"2020-06-06T08:33:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gkseries.com\/blog\/?p=31113"},"modified":"2020-10-14T08:35:04","modified_gmt":"2020-10-14T08:35:04","slug":"power-ministry-launched-icommit-initiative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gkseries.com\/blog\/power-ministry-launched-icommit-initiative\/","title":{"rendered":"Power Ministry launched iCommit initiative"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Union Power Minister has launched the #iCommit initiative for building an energy resilient future on 5 June 2020 to encourage all stakeholders and individuals to continue moving towards energy efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The #iCommit initiative will function under the administration of the Ministry of Power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is headed by Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign will include officials from governments, corporates, multilateral and bilateral organizations, and individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative aims to bring together a diverse spectrum of government and private players to build a new energy future for India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>#iCommit initiative will promote the flagship scheme of GoI including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>National Electric Mobility Mission 2020<\/li><li>FAME 1 and 2<\/li><li>Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana<\/li><li>Saubhagya Scheme<\/li><li>Ujwala DISCOM Assurance Yojna (UDAY)<\/li><li>Atal Distribution system Improvement Yojna (AJAY)<\/li><li>Smart Meter National Programme<\/li><li>Pradhan mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthan Mahaabhiya (KUSUM)<\/li><li>Solar Parks<\/li><li>Grid Connected Rooftop<\/li><li>Unnat Jyoti by Affordable LED for All (UJALA)<\/li><li>Atal JyotiYojna (AJAY)<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Union Power Minister has launched the #iCommit initiative for building an energy resilient future on 5 June 2020 to encourage all stakeholders and individuals to continue moving towards energy efficiency.
