A brain electrical oscillation signature profiling (BEOSP) test will be conducted on all four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gkseries.com\/blog\/current-affairs-quiz-2019-daily-gk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Daily Current Affairs Quiz 2020<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key-Points<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Brain Electrical Oscillation Signature Profiling (BEOSP) is also known as brain fingerprinting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a neuro psychological method of interrogation in which the accused\u2019s participation in the crime is investigated by studying their brain\u2019s response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The BEOSP test is carried out via a process known as electroencephalogram, conducted to study the electrical behaviour of the human brain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under this test, the consent of the accused is first taken and they are then made to wear caps with dozens of electrodes attached to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accused are then shown visuals or played audio clips related to the crime to check if there is any triggering of neurons in their brains which then generate brainwaves.
