Daily Current Affairs Quiz 2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nTheWomen Transforming India (WTI) Awards is being organized\nin collaboration with the United Nations to recognize women entrepreneurs from\nacross India. This year\u2019s theme is\u2018Women and Entrepreneurship\u2019, in continuation\nof the theme for WTI Awards 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nominations for the Women Transforming India Awards will be opened immediately after the launch. WhatsApp has collaborated with NITI Aayog for WTI Awards 2019 and will be providing support amounting to US$100,000 to the award winners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) is a Government of\nIndia initiative by NITI Aayog to promote and support aspiring as well as\nestablished women entrepreneurs in India, assist and handhold them in their\njourney from starting to scaling up and expanding their ventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It has more than 5,000 women entrepreneurs registered on the\nplatform, more than 30 partners and, hascommitted funding of more than US$10mn\nfor these startups.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
