They must also be able to demonstrate their elected gender\nis consistent with how they are living their lives on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Erica James, a transgender cricket player from New South\nWales, who played a key role in helping CA on forming new guidelines said,\n\u201cCricket Australia\u2019s vision is to be a sport for everyone,\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTransgender people are people and Australians. It\u2019s a human\nright to be able to play sport and you should be able to play in a team that\nyou feel comfortable with,\u201d James told 3AW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
