Defence Minister Rajnath Singh recently launched a grievance management application powered by artificial intelligence and data science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The application was created by the Ministry of Defence in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The AI tool created as part of the effort is capable of deciphering the complaint’s substance based on its contents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a consequence, it is capable of automatically identifying repeated complaints or spam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It may categorise complaints into multiple categories based on their meaning, even when the key phrases often used for such searches are not included in the complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It provides geographical analysis of complaints within a category, as well as an assessment of whether or not the complaint was appropriately addressed by the responsible agency.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
