This is the first of its kind\ninitiative of State revenue department of Odisha under the \u201c5-T mantra\u201d. The 5T\nmantras are Technology, Transparency, Teamwork, Time and Transformation\nespecially to the newly recruited civil service officers for better governance\nof the state. Gandhi talisman: Mahatma Gandhi\u2019s talisman (an object, idol\ntypically an inscribed ring or stone that is thought to have magical powers and\nto bring good luck) was dedicated as part of his 150th birth anniversary. The\ntalisman is inscribed on a brass plate in both English and Odia language with a\nneat sketch of the Father of the Nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Members present<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Veteran freedom fighters Bhavani Charan Patnaik and Nilamani\nSamal were present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Karavel Bhavan:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>i. The newly constructed Kharavel Bhavan built at a cost of\nRs.128 crore by L&amp;T(Larsen &amp; Toubro) on 8.3acres of land in Bhubaneswar\nwas inaugurated by the CM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ii. 11 departments of the state government will function in\nthis building. And it also houses a lounge and a conference hall for the CM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iii.
