They listen\nto and support their small business, startups, and new entrepreneurs. Most\nimportantly, business owners share their ideas where they developed them \u2013 in\ntheir districts. As a result, they demonstrate the impact they have on the communities\nin their communities. And, policymakers get a first-hand look at the benefits\nand concerns, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While the day strives to find solutions to obstacles facing\nstartups it does more. It also recognizes the ingenuity, creativity, and\npassion of startups. Small businesses provide immense value to each state\u2019s\neconomy. Without them, many communities would struggle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2013, Representatives Jared Polis and Darrell Issa\nfounded Startup Day Across America. Their goal focuses on opening vital\nchannels of discussion between small business owners and their representatives.\nThe idea illustrates to policymakers the difficulties they face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2018, the event expanded to Startup Week Across America\nproviding more opportunity for business owners and representatives to develop\npolicy. As a result, more time allowed significant strides toward improved\nbusiness relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
