Daily Current Affairs Quiz 2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nRajasthan Chief\nMinister Shri Ashok Gehlot along with Union Minority Affairs Minister Shri\nMukhtar Abbas Naqvi will formally inaugurate this \u201cHunar Haat\u201d, being organised\nby Union Minority Affairs Ministry, on 25th August at Jawahar Kala Kendra in\nJaipur. Jaipur MP Shri Ram Charan Bohra, MLAs from Jaipur, senior officials of\nUnion Minority Affairs Ministry and Rajasthan Government and other dignitaries\nwill grace the occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
More than 200\nmaster artisans and culinary experts including a large number of women artisans\nfrom every corner of the country will participate in this \u201cHunar Haat\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shri Naqvi today\nsaid that \u201cHunar Haat\u201d has proved to be an effective programme to provide\nemployment and employment opportunities to master artisans. More than 2 lakh 40\nthousand master artisans, craftsmen and culinary experts have been provided employment\nand employment opportunities in the last 3 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shri Naqvi said\nthat \u201cHunar Haat\u201d has proved to be a \u201ccredible brand\u201d of \u201cIndigenous Talent\u201d of\nIndian artisans and craftsmen. \u201cHunar Haat\u201d has ensured \u201cDevelopment with\nDignity\u201d of artisans and craftsmen of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shri Naqvi said\nthat \u201cHunar Haat\u201d, being organised across the country by the Minority Affairs\nMinistry, has proved to be \u201cEmpowerment & Employment Exchange\u201d for master\nartisans and craftsmen. \u201cHunar Haat\u201d has become a \u201ccredible brand\u201d to fulfil\nPrime Minister Shri Narendra Modi\u2019s commitment to \u201cMake in India\u201d, \u201cStand up\nIndia\u201d, \u201cStart up India\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this \u201cHunar\nHaat\u201d at Jaipur, the artisans will be bringing indigenous handmade exquisite\npieces like Cane & Bamboo, Jute Products from Assam, Variety of Silks from\nJharkhand, Bhagalpuri Silk & Linen, Lac and traditional Jewellery, Kantha\nof West Bengal, Varanasi Silk, Lucknawi Chikankari, Ceramic, Terracotta,\nGlassware, Leather, Marble products of Uttar Pradesh, Traditional handicrafts\nfrom North Eastern Region, Ajrakh, Bandhej, Mud work, Copper Bells from\nGujarat, Kalamkari & Mangalgiri from Andhra Pradesh, Patiala famed Phulkari\nand Jutti, Carpets and Durries, Batik, Bagh, Chanderi, Maheshwari from Madhya\nPradesh, Handicrafts and Handlooms of Rajasthan and many more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The visitors coming\nhere will also enjoy traditional delicacies like Awadhi Khana, Rajasthani\nPakwan, Gujarati Thali, Maharashtrian Cuisine, Madhya Pradesh ka Khana,\nChatpati Chaat, Delhi Street Food, Tamil Cuisine, mouth-watering sweets along\nwith Mukhwas & variety of flavoured paan. Silver Filigree products from\nOdisha & Parsi Food will be an added attraction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
