People are the center of any organization\u2019s success, without them, the right initiatives cannot be implemented successfully. People are a nation\u2019s greatest resource. It is people with their skills and abilities that turn them into \u2018resources\u2019. Hence, human resource is the ultimate resource.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A nation undergoes generational change every few years, but it depends on how its people are nurtured and trained to fit into the ever-changing needs of that particular generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only then will the country be able to withstand challenges thrown at it by upcoming generations with the right talent pool to draw from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
