Her appointment has been ratified by the shareholders of NSDL at its meeting held on September 29, the company said in a release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has replaced GV Nageswara Rao as the MD &amp; CEO of NSDL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In&nbsp;<strong>India, there are two depositories<\/strong>&nbsp;namely National Securities Depositories Ltd (NSDL) and Central Securities Depositories Ltd (CDSL).
