During October 4-10, 2021, the&nbsp;Securities and Exchange Commission (national coordinator),&nbsp;Commodity&nbsp;Futures Trading Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, National Futures Association,&nbsp;North American Securities Administrators Association,&nbsp;and supporters are working together with interested government agencies, localities, and organizations to promote World Investor Week 2021 (WIW 2021) and its goals in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2021, the<strong>&nbsp;5th annual WIW<\/strong>&nbsp;is being observed between&nbsp;<strong>October 04 and October 10, 2021.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2021 World Investor Week (WIW) campaign&nbsp;will be based on two themes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>sustainable finance<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>frauds and scams prevention<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The World Investor Week (WIW) is a&nbsp;global campaign&nbsp;promoted by the&nbsp;International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO)&nbsp;to raise awareness about the importance of investor&nbsp;education&nbsp;and&nbsp;protection&nbsp;and highlight the various initiatives of securities regulators in these two critical areas.
