In line with a decision made by the Union cabinet, the 200-year-old OFB\u2019s assets were divided into these seven newly established defence public sector undertakings (DPSUs), and also the&nbsp;<strong>70,000 employees<\/strong>&nbsp;of these OFBs will be sent to the seven new entities, with no change in the service condition of the employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The seven new defence PSUs includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Munition India Ltd,<\/li><li>Armoured Vehicles Nigam Ltd<\/li><li>Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Ltd<\/li><li>Troop Comforts Ltd<\/li><li>Yantra India Ltd<\/li><li>India Optel Ltd<\/li><li>Gliders India Ltd<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gkseries.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/download-2021-10-16T104506.991.jpg\" alt=\"BPCL launches automated fuelling technology UFill\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited<\/strong>&nbsp;(BPCL), a PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has announced the launch of \u2018UFill\u2019 \u2013 a digital customer experience that obviates the need for looking at zero or final reading and such offline manual interventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The UFill functionality can be used with any payment app like GPay, PayTM, PhonePe, etc as well as offers real-time QR and voucher codes through SMS. Additionally, if customers make payment in advance, and the amount paid in advance is partially used, the balance amount is immediately refunded to the bank account of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The UFill technology has been launched in 65 cities across India and will soon be launched in the rest part of the country. The technology provides the customer with control of fuel and a touchless pre-payment solution. The 2021 GHI score of India is recorded at&nbsp;27.5 out of 50,&nbsp;which comes under the serious category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;<strong>total of 18 countries<\/strong>, including China, Brazil, and Kuwait, shared the top rank with a GHI score of less than five, the website of the Global Hunger Index that tracks hunger and malnutrition.
