The Zvezda shipyard\nis being set up on the base of the Far Eastern Shipbuilding and Ship Repair\nCenter by a consortium of Rosneft, Rosneftegaz and Gazprombank. The shipyard\nwill produce heavy tonnage ships, offshore platform elements, ice-class\nvessels, special vessels, and other marine equipment, according to the Russian\nnews agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After their visit\nto the shipyard, the two leader will hold the 20th India-Russia Annual Summit. Earlier,\nMr. Modi was warmly welcomed at Vladivostok airport on his third bilateral\nvisit to Russia. Ahead of his visit to Russia, Mr. Modi said he looked forward\nto discussing regional and international issues of mutual interest with\nPresident Putin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI look forward to\ndiscussing with my friend President Putin the entire gamut of our bilateral\npartnership as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest,\u201d\nhe said in his departure statement in New Delhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI also look\nforward to meeting other global leaders attending the Eastern Economic Forum,\nand interacting with Indian Industry and business representatives participating\nin it,\u201d Mr. Modi said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
