Union Minister of Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw announced the introduction of \u2018Bharat Gaurav Trains\u2019, the theme-based tourist circuit trains to boost tourism in India. These trains will showcase India\u2019s rich cultural heritage and historical places to the people of India and the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bharat Gaurav tourists\u2019 trains can be run by any entity including a government enterprise or a private players. The service providers will be free to decide the theme of the train circuit and rates to be charged. More than 180 trains for \u2018Bharat Gaurav\u2019 trains & 3033 coaches<\/strong> have been identified for Bharat Gaurav Trains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

The unique brain initiative has been developed by the DBT-National Brain Research Centre (DBT-NBRC), Gurgaon, Haryana. <\/strong>DBT-NBRC has developed several clinical research tools through SWADESH. GAURI system uses adaptive pattern recognition and learning schemes for predictive single or differential diagnosis, designed with MRI modalities and neuropsychological batteries. NINS-STAT is a high-performance state-of-the-art automated statistical test selection and execution software package with high applicability in clinical research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SWADESH brings big-data architecture and analytics for various neurological disease under one platform. It will enable the researchers in conducting multimodal brain studies to understand and manage Alzheimer\u2019s disease and several neurological disorders. DBT-NBRC is the only institute in India dedicated to Neuroscience Research and Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

The programme called Women\u2019s Involvement in Science and Engineering Research (WISER) program was launched by Indo-German Science & Technology Centre (IGSTC)<\/strong> for encouraging women researchers in joint R&D projects. Kuwait\u2019s Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah al-Khalid has been reappointed prime minister, state media said on Tuesday and tasked with forming a cabinet that would be the Gulf OPEC oil producer\u2019s third this year in a domestic political standoff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

State news agency KUNA said Sheikh Sabah, prime minister since late 2019, was reappointed by an emiri order issued by Crown Prince Sheikh Meshal al-Ahmad al-Sabah. The government had resigned on Nov. 8 in the standoff with the elected parliament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
