Assam Police\u00a0<\/strong>has released an employment notification for the recruitment of\u00a0705 Constable (UB) and 1429 Constable (AB) vacancies<\/strong>\u00a0in Assam Police. For this purpose recruitment rallies will be held in various districts of Assam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reservation:<\/strong> Reservation for each Armed and Unarmed branch is as mentioned below Unarmed Branch <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. There will be reservation for ST (P) 10%, ST(H) 5%, SC 7%, & OBC\/MOBC 27%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Thirty percent (30%) of the vacancies will be (horizontal) reserved for women candidates in the Unarmed Branch of DEF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Ten percent for EWS category.<\/p>\n\n\n

Nationality:\u00a0<\/strong>Candidates must be Indian citizens, permanent residents of Assam.
Age Limit:\u00a0Candidate’s age must be between 18 to 25 years as of 1st July 2021 (i.e. the candidate must be born on or before 01.07.2003 and on or after 01.07.1996).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
