Pay:<\/strong>

(a) Navik (General Duty):\u00a0<\/strong>Basic pay of Rs. 21700\/\u2013(Pay Level\u20133) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty\/place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.

(b) Navik (Domestic Branch):\u00a0<\/strong>Basic Pay Scale for Navik (DB) is 21700\/\u2013(Pay Level\u20133) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty\/place of posting as per the prevailing regulation.

(c) Yantrik:\u00a0<\/strong>Basic pay Rs. 29200\/\u2013(Pay Level\u20135). In addition, you will be paid Yantrik pay @ Rs. 6200\/\u2013plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty\/place of posting as per the prevailing regulation.

Eligibility Criteria of Coast Guard Navik & Yantrik Recruitment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n


Age Limit:\u00a0<\/strong>Candidates’ age should be between 18 years to 22 years.

1. Navik (GD) & Yantrik:<\/strong>\u00a0Candidates should born between 01 Aug 2000 to 31 Jul 2004 (both dates inclusive)
2. Navik (DB):\u00a0<\/strong>Candidates should born between 01 Oct 2000 to 30 Sep 2004 (both dates inclusive)

Age Relaxation:\u00a0<\/strong>Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC\/ST and 3 years for OBC (non-creamy) candidates is applicable only if posts are reserved for them.

Educational Qualification:

1. Navik (General Duty):\u00a010+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Navik (Domestic Branch):<\/strong>\u00a010th Class passed from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


3. Yantrik: <\/strong>10th class passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE)\u201d and \u201cDiploma in Electrical\/ Mechanical \/ Electronics\/ Telecommunication (Radio\/Power) Engineering of duration 03 or 04 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)\u201d.
OR
\u201c10th & 12th class passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) \u201d AND \u201c Diploma in Electrical\/ Mechanical \/ Electronics\/ Telecommunication (Radio\/Power) Engineering of duration 02 or 03 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)\u201d.

Examination Fee: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. UR\/OBC:<\/strong> Rs. 250\/-
2. SC\/ST:<\/strong> Nil
