The Rajya Sabha passed the bill\nthrough a voice vote on December 2, 2019. The bill will replace the ordinance\nissued to ban e-cigarettes in September. The e-cigarette bill prohibits manufacturing,\nproduction, import, export, distribution, transport, sale, storage or\nadvertisements of the e-smoking devices.
