The inaugural\nedition of the award carries a citation, a memento, a cheleng chador and Rs\n10,000, which was presented to the awardee by Golaghat Deputy Commissioner\nDhiren Hazarika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gkseries.com\/blog\/current-affairs-quiz-2019-daily-gk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Daily Current Affairs Quiz 2019<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siu-Ka-Pha was a great king and an able administrator who\nlaid the foundation of modern-day Assam. He believed in integration and oneness\namong his subjects and was instrumental in unifying various ethnic tribes.
